Framed for drug dealing and sent to ‘Sing Sing’ prison, Winslow reappears as a deformed superhero to haunt the evil rock impresario, and to ensure his dream girl Phoenix (Suspiria’s Jessica Harper) is allowed to sing his composition…as he envisioned it!
